Secret passages, hidden rooms, they used to just be the things of old mystery movies, but now-a-days there is a real and practical use for that hidden room. A security or safety room is designed to protect the resident of the home from harm, or threats. An outsider won’t know it is there but you can secretly watch them on your surveillance monitor. Chances are you can also watch the comings and goings of the front door.
